Gallbladder Cleanse

The organ in your body that holds the bodys waste is the gallbladder. The gallbladder also has the function of helping in food digestion.

Eating a lot of junk foods which are fried, oily, and fatty can hurt the body. That is because the oils and fats stay in the liver and gallbladder. When enough time has passed, these oils and fats become gallstones.

If the process of gallbladder stones continues accumulating, you could face health problems down the road. At that point, many people resort to surgery to clear out the gallbladder stones.

However, surgery is not cheap and is quite invasive. So people have been to turning to more natural and home remedies to clear up the gallbladder.

One of these alternative ways is to do a gallbladder cleanse. A gallbladder cleanse can be done at home and you do not need expensive medicine or devices to do it.

If you want to try the gallbladder cleanse you should talk to you doctor first to get the OK from him. Otherwise you may end up having complications while doing the gallbladder cleanse.

All the necessary components of doing the gallbladder cleanse can be found at any supermarket. You will need apple juice, olive oil, Epsom salt, and lemons.

For the first 6 days, you have to drink the apple juice everyday. The apple juice helps soften up the gallstones so that they can pass through your system.

At the end of the 6th day, prepare a mixture of olive oil with lemon juice. The mixture amount should be 2/3 olive oil and 1/3 lemon juice. Drink this olive oil mixture before going to bed.

In the morning mix some warm water with Epsom salt in a cup and drink down this mixture. This natural laxative will help you excrete waste along with the gallstones.

Early on you should aim to do as much gallbladder cleansing as possible. Then later on you can decrease the amount of times you do it.
